We expressly point to the fact which all products of the Mumb1e Admin Plugin, called also "MAP", from V2.x.x fall under this commercial licence. Moreover, we expressly point to the fact which must be recognised with the acquisition of the Mumb1e Admin Plugins this licence by the customer and be accepted. In the following segments you find all further information to licence penal fees in case of an offence, to rights of use, as well as the enlarged licence costs for Reseller. For private end-users, MAP is released under GPLv3. MAP is also a dual-licensed software!

para.2 Safteyinterface

para.2 §1 All products of Mumb1e.de which are marketed under this licence contain a ProUsing interface. This enables to the originators to switch off the products with immediate effect in case of an offence. We use "LiveZilla" to check our products. The modification or disconnection of these protective organs, or any attempt is cautioned with a penal fee (price-list see under "Penalroyalties").

para. 3 Performances

Nevertheless, Mumb1e.de is not obliged to repair bugs and safety gaps even on the systems of the customer.

para.4 §1 The Mumb1e Admin Plugin can be operated by private customers free of charge, with up to 5 virtual servers for infinite time. From 6. virtual servers a royalty becomes due for "FreeHostig". Furthermore is valid for commercial Hosting or small or bigger enterprises: Any application of the Mumb1e Admin Plugins with gainful will leads without fail to the acquisition of the licence for "gewerbliches Hosting". Besides, it is insignificant whether the suitable enterprise with the Mumb1e Admin Plugin or with other products profit makes.

para.4 §2 The customer undertakes never to transmit the product files of the Mumb1e Admin Plugins to 3. or to offer this on other main entrances on the Internet to the download. Otherwise the originators of the MAP are entitled to raise licence penal fees. Customers, the Schadcode in the Mumb1e Admin Plugin implement and/or change the source code of the MAP, are cancelled with immediate effect the Support of Mumb1e.de and are not entitled zukünfig any more to the Upgrade on newer versions. After the second caution by the originators of the Mumb1e Admin Plugins considerable licence penal fees also result here. The first caution is valid 24 hours and is sent by the originators to e-mail of the suitable administrator.

para. 6 Productfiles

para.6 §1 We define between product files and licences. The acquisition of the product files or from Upgrade packages is not to be treated as equal with a licence. Licences are exclusively the FreeHoster licence, the commercial licence as well as the Copyrigth licences. Mumb1e.de is after the purchase of the product files and the perhaps necessary licence obliges to the customer the product files unique to the download to offer. After the first download the bill of sale is concluded and fulfilled.

para. 7 Installation / Usability

para.7 §1 Mumb1e.de is to be installed not obliged the MAP on the system of the customer. Nevertheless, we assure the installation of the Mumb1e Admin Plugin freely from problems are functioned and are easy. 3rd-party software, like the web server, the data bank, DBUS or ZeroC intercity express must be installed by the customer itself and be brought to the function.

para. 8 Royalties

para.8 §1 As in the segment "Utilization" described, 2 different kinds of royalties result. For private Hoster ("FreeHoster") with more than 5 virtual authorities a unique royalty results at the rate of 30.00€.

para.8 §2 The licence to the "commercial use" costs unique 85.00€.

para.8 §3 Both Hosting licences are not limited in time!

para.8 §4 Besides, two Copyright licences can be bought. Here can be used of the Content of the Mumb1e Admin Plugins. On the one hand, the Content Copyright licence can be acquired for 15.00€ and on the other hand we give to our customers the possibility to remove the Copyright in the external Channelviewer for a unique fee at the rate of 10.00€.

para. 9 Penalroyalties

para.9 §1 As already during the first sales described, Mumb1e.de is as an originator in addition entitles licence penal fees in case of an offence against this commercial licence to raise.

para.9 §2 Offer the Mumb1e Admin Plugin on other main entrances freely to the download, the originators are entitled to calculate a penal fee at the rate of 250.00€ excl. perhaps of attacking forwarding expenses, as well as other costs.

para.9 §3 This remove of the protective organs from the source code of the Mumb1e Admin Plugins becomes with a protective fee at the rate of 65.00€ excl. perhaps of attacking forwarding expenses, as well as other costs avenged.

para.9 §4 This remove of the Copyrights becomes with licence penal fees at the rate of 100.00€ excl. perhaps of attacking forwarding expenses, as well as other costs avenged.

para.9 §5 The unauthorised use of the Mumb1e Admin Plugins becomes avenged with a punishment at the rate of 175.00€, excl. perhaps of attacking forwarding expenses, as well as other costs.

para.9 §6 Should you pursue with the Mumb1e Admin Plugin without suitable licence Hosting, we raise a punishment at the rate of 275.00 €, excl. perhaps of attacking forwarding expenses, as well as other costs.

para.9 §7 Other costs are calculated by us in the following steps: Step 1 (request for payment): 5.00 €, step 2 (1-st reminder): 10.00 €, step 3 (2-nd reminder): 15.00 €, step 4 (letze reminder): 20.00 €.
