Forenregeln

Deutsch:

1.a. Forum
Im Forum kannst du mit den anderen Usern über bestimmte Themen diskutieren. Damit du dich dabei besser zurecht finden kannst, haben wir das Forum in mehrere Unterforen gegliedert.

1.b. Forenmoderatoren
In jedem Unterforum sollen in Zukunft mehrere Forenmoderatoren tätig sein. Sie sorgen dafür, dass die Regeln eingehalten werden, sie schalten die Threads frei und kümmern sich um eure Fragen rund um das Forum. Wenn du eine Frage zum Forum hast, schau aber bitte vorher in der FAQ nach.

1.c. Ahndung
Verstöße gegen die Forenregeln werden von den Forenmoderatoren geahndet.
Welche Moderatoren für ein Unterforum zuständig sind, siehst du jeweils in dem Unterforum.

2.a. Spam
Spamme nicht und floode nicht ins Forum. Auch das Antworten auf Spam ist Spam und wird genauso von den Moderatoren behandelt. Darunter fallen auch Hinweise, dass jemand mit seinem Beitrag gespammt hat. Zerstöre einen Thread nicht dadurch, dass du nach der Suchfunktion schreist oder forderst, dass der Thread geschlossen gehört oder irgendwelche anderen Einwände zum Thema hast. Wenn sich niemand an dem Thread beteiligt, wird er automatisch nach einigen Tagen gelöscht.

2.b. Offtopic
Schreibe deine Beiträge so, dass sie einen erkennbaren Bezug zum Thread haben. Im Zweifelsfall entscheidet aber ein Moderator, ob dein Beitrag zum Thread passt oder nicht. Er kann auch entscheiden, dass ggf. ganze Sätze oder Passagen unpassend sind.

2.c. Stil
Schreibe nicht ausschließlich in Großbuchstaben, schreibe nicht abwechselnd groß und klein mitten im Wort und verwende keinen anderen Mittel, um dein Schriftbild zu stilisieren. (Kein L33tspeak, keine BlingBling-Schrift "sÔwÁs zùM b3|spíèl" )

2.d. Beteiligung an bestehenden Diskussionen
Beteilige dich an bestehenden Diskussionen. Ein Thread besteht nicht nur aus der Überschrift. Wenn sich eine Diskussion schon weiter entwickelt hat, versuche dich dort einzubringen statt wieder von vorne zu beginnen. Deinen Einwand oder deine Frage könnte bereits jemand geschrieben haben.

3.a. Persönlicher Angriff
Greife niemanden persönlich an und beleidige niemanden. Wenn erkennbar ist, wer mit einer Beleidigung gemeint ist, ist es nicht wichtig, ob der Nick dabeisteht oder nicht.

3.b. Wechselseitig begangene Beleidigung
Wenn du beleidigt wirst, dann melde es einem Moderator. Werde keinesfalls selbst beleidigend.

3.c. Privatsachen
Veröffentliche keine Privatsachen deiner Freunde oder Bekannten im Forum ohne deren Einverständnis.

4.a. Quellenangabe
Wenn du Texte, Bilder oder andere Werke von anderen Seiten postest, vergiss nicht, eine Quellenangabe zu machen und auch deine eigene Meinung dazu zu schreiben.

4.b. Hinweis zum Urheberrecht
Beachte, dass Werke von anderen Seiten oftmals urheberrechtlich geschützt sind und du erst eine Erlaubnis vom Rechteinhaber zur Verwendung brauchst. Siehe hierzu auch Nutzungsregeln §3. Das selbe gillt für die Inhalte des Mumb1e Admin Plugins.

4.c. Beweislast
Den Nachweis, dass du ein Werk verwenden darfst, musst du dem Team gegenüber immer parat haben. Andernfalls wird davon ausgegangen, dass du das Werk widerrechtlich benutzt.

5.a. Sprache
Schreibe auf deutsch oder englisch. Achte auf deine Rechtschreibung. Perfekte Rechtschreibung verlangt niemand, aber deine Beiträge sollten verständlich sein und sich an der Standardsprache orientieren.

5.b. Fremdsprache
Du kannst einzelne Zitate oder Begriffe einer Fremdsprache verwenden, solange es sich um allgemein bekannte oder leicht zugängliche handelt.

6.a. Zitate
Wenn du lange Beiträge zitierst, dann kürze sie. Du kannst anzeigen, dass du gekürzt hast, indem du die Auslassung durch [...] ersetzt.

6.b. Nationale Symbole
Poste keine nationalen Symbole, Flaggen, o.Ä. Verlinke diese nicht, setze kein Bild.

6.c. Zeilenumbruch
Füge weder in einem Beitrag noch in deiner Signatur Zeichenkolonnen ohne Leerzeichen ein. Dadurch müsste man zum Lesen von links nach rechts scrollen und das stört den Lesefluss. Um lange Links lesbar zu machen, nutze die URL-Funktion.

Threaderstellung
Erstelle Threads ausschließlich in dem passenden Unterforum. Erstelle in den Lokalforen ausschließlich Threads, die einen thematischen Bezug zu dem jeweiligen Gebiet haben. Für allgemeine Themen, die sonst nirgends passen, steht dir das Diskussionsforum zur Verfügung. Moderatoren verschieben bei Bedarf Threads in andere Unterforen. Eine Benachrichtigung erfolgt nicht.

7.b. Vergleichs- und Aufzählthreads
Erstelle keinen Thread, der Spam provoziert. Das sind insbesondere Threads, die ein paar Möglichkeiten aufzählen und dann dem User die Wahl lassen, und Threads, in denen der User irgendeine Sache nennen soll, die er favorisiert.
Erstelle das Thema so, dass nicht nur mit ja oder nein oder rot oder grün geantwortet werden kann.

7.c. Suchfunktion
Prüfe vor dem Erstellen eines neuen Threads, ob es nicht einen ähnlichen Thread schon gibt, der deine Frage/Anregung/Gedanken aufnehmen könnte. Dafür steht dir die Suchfunktion zur Verfügung.

7.d. Threadthema
Bevor du einen Thread erstellst, überlege dir genau, worum es in bei deinem gewählten Thema gehen soll. Hier ist vielmehr die Qualität, denn die Quantität entscheidend. Bedenke, dass ein Thread eine Diskussion beinhalten soll, d.h. er muss geeignet sein, eine solche tatsächlich hervorzubringen. In kritischen Fällen nimmt der jeweilige Moderator Kontakt mit dir auf.

7.e. Threadüberschrift
Gib deinem Thread eine kurze, aber aussagekräftige Überschrift. Bedenke, dass man anhand der Überschrift einen Thread eindeutig erkennen können muss. Verwende in der Threadüberschrift keine Smileys. Wiederhole nicht unnötig Satzzeichen. Verwende keine Schlagwörter, die auf die Dringlichkeit hinweisen sollen. (Das sind z.B.:"Hilfe!", "Eilig!", "Dringend!" oder "Wichtig!" )

7.f. Eine kurze Benachrichtigung bei zu gering ausgearbeiteten Threads
Sollte dein Thread in keinster Weise eine ernsthafte Diskussionsabsicht erkennen lassen oder als Missbrauch der Forenfunktion betrachtet werden, erfolgt eine Ablehnung des Themas mit kurzem Verweis auf die Wiki. Des Weiteren werden Threads, die erkennen lassen, dass die Suchfunktion grob missachtet wurde, ebenfalls mit kurzem Verweis auf das Tutorial in der Wiki und dem Link zur Suchfunktion abgelehnt.

7.g. Rückfragen der Moderatoren
Wenn du einen Thread erstellt hast, der eine gute Diskussion bieten könnte, aber so noch nicht freigegeben werden kann, wird dich ein Moderator deswegen anschreiben. Er wird dir dann weitere Hilfestellung geben.

7.h. Anfragen an die Moderatoren
Wenn du dennoch Anfragen an die Moderatoren hast, dann wende deine Anfrage an einen (nicht mehrere!) zuständigen Moderator. Die Moderatoren sind jeweils nur für bestimmte Unterforen zuständig. Welchen Moderator du daher anschreiben kannst, siehst du im jeweiligen Unterforum. Nenne dabei Unterforum und Threadtitel ggf. Uhrzeit und Nick. Wenn du allgemeine Fragen zum Forum hast, schaue bitte erst in der Hilfe nach und wende dich danach an einen Moderator. Nachdem du einen Thread erstellt hast, wird dieser von den Moderatoren geprüft. Wir bearbeiten die Threads so schnell wie möglich, es ist daher nicht nötig, dass du Rückfragen stellst, wann dein Thread freigegeben wird.

8.a. Nachfolgethreads
Sollte deinem Thread eine ähnliche Diskussion vorausgegangen sein, die geschlossen werden musste, wird ein neuer Thread zum selben Thema ebenfalls nicht zugelassen.

9.a. Eingriff der Moderatoren
Bei Verstößen gegen die vorgenannten Regeln haben die Moderatoren das Recht, geeignete Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, weitere Verstöße zu unterbinden und diese für die Zukunft zu verhindern. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Beiträge zu editieren und/oder zu löschen.

9.b. Sanktionen
Die Moderatoren können User, die gegen diese Regeln, gegen die allgemeinen Nutzungsregeln oder die AGB verstoßen, verwarnen oder mit einer zeitlichen Forensperre von mehreren Tagen belegen. Die Standardsanktion ist: sieben Tage Forensperre. Es liegt aber letztendlich im Ermessen und der Einschätzung des Moderators, wie lange die Forensperre eingesetzt werden muss.

9.c. Wiederholung von Verstößen
Bei wiederholten Verstößen eines Users werden die jeweiligen Sanktionen schrittweise erhöht.

9.d. Weitergehende Sanktionen
Im Extremfall können die Schreibrechte für das Forum dauerhaft entzogen, die Zahl der geleisteten Forenbeiträge zurückgesetzt, Credits oder Ränge abgezogen und/oder ein Hausverbot erteilt werden.
